2018 MOT - New rules
It has only recently been brought to my attention that many new rules are going to be applied to classic and modified cars from May of this year.
Can anyone in the know explain the implications of these, especially to highly modified vehicles?

There only seems to be mention of modification in relation to the mot exemption at 40 years old. Or when a dpf of something like that has been removed
