Default Youtube barn find quattro

Just been watching the Youtube programme about the garage find of a UR quattro turbo,

link here.....https://youtu.be/_kFpoh1COeE

Does anyone know who the person is who owns that superb fleet of Audis and who donated a cam cover to the chap trying to get the car running?

Appreciate a PM if you do as I'd love to speak to him about his GT5S.

Thanks, Frank.

Prices are going nuts...
I know three cars in excellent condition, all valued at £40,000. If this white one is worth £20k, those excellent condition ones are undervalued!

I don't get the hysteria about the 20v. Well, I kinda understand it.

I also have an interest in a specific motorbike.
There were two versions, one with a larger engine bored out of the smaller one.

The difference in power is minimal, the difference in reliability is large.

But people want the bigger engined one "just because".

I’ve driven several over the years and (biased, I know) but wouldn’t want one. As standard I always described them as ‘rather refined’ which is somehow at odds with the original cars that were anything but, with the early WR’s big lazy turbo, off beat idle and a gearbox with the Grand Canyon between second and third gear being much more characterful.

Good price for a non-runner, I would suspect needing a lot of work.

Good price for the seller!
The buyer may regret going so high...
