Default B4 80q/Cq 2.8 V6 gearbox (CBR)

Hi,

I'm after a gearbox for a B4 80 2.8 quattro, it's the same as the Coupe quattro 2.8 and has the code CBR stamped on it.

Thanks

Ive got one from an A4 2.8q with really low miles on it,wouldn't want much for it.its the same fitment, just might have very slightly different ratios on a couple of gears

just had a look and the cbr was also fitted to some a4qs so may even be the same one I have,i will have a look later

Thanks for the replies guys, I need to do some research. I do know the diff ratio wasn't widely used and the very late cq 2.8 had a different code as the casting for ProConTen cables was removed. I'll get back to you.

I've looked into it and the 100q uses a different diff ratio so is no good, but that one sounds perfect, I'll PM you now.

Wrong diff ratio as well unfortunately, the 2.8 seems to use a pretty unique ratio.
