Default Genuine Garret T28 Turbo upgrade for 1.8T in VW & AUDI's

Originally built and parts collected for a project car, unfortunately the project car had to be sold on before I completed this so all parts have been stockpiled and not actually fitted to the vehicle.

If you have a 1.8T from the VW/Audi family and are looking for serious power, this is the kit you want. The T28 Turbo is a genuine item, originally off a Nissan Pulsar GTiR and is a great upgrade for the 1.8T, far superior to a K03s or a K04-015 turbo from the Borg Warner family. When I got the turbo I booked it into Turbo Technics for a full rebuild using a .64 housing to reduce lag, a 360 degree thrust bearing and a double ring gasket kit.

The turbo has never been fitted to a vehicle and is in factory remanufactured condition and will be supplied with receipt for the work.

In addition to this, there is a brand new unused Bosch 044 high pressure fuel pump, new annodised fuel pump housing with adaptors, Reconditioned High Flow C20LET Injectors (straight fit into the 1.8T), a cast Iron adapter manifold to go from the T3 to T4 format (trimmed slightly to fit the 1.8T block properly), a new unused T28 flange, and a T28 gasket from the original turbo.

Essentially this is a one-stop purchase for all the bits to make your 1.8T run between 250-280bhp

All you will need to do is modify your exhaust downpipe to take the new flange, remap and you are away.

Any questions, please ask

£800 - Collected (Northampton)

wouldn't it be better to have the flange matching the gasget and opened up?
