So bidder 3 who was high bidder but retracted his £2699 bid as he stated the item description had changed has now gone in with a bid of £2599.

This car has gone way above what's it's realistically worth! There must be a few people out there willing to pay silly money for these!

sold at £2749 - allegedly.

Probably see it on Edition 38 in part ec for a hand bag next week or lowered with a 4k price tag, or more realistically, relisted on eBay with some lame excuse for the winning bidder not paying!

Well clearly Mr 80 seller you are aware of Classic Audi!!!!.....Dont sit it the shadows!!!...Register and join us, we are a good bunch and I guarantee that instead of wasting your time with Ebay, if indeed that is what has happened, as a genuine seller, you would get a genuine buyer from here.

You could even try the old fashioned way, advertise and state your price. I reckon you would be boiling your kettle non stop for days and grown men would be fighting on your road, over parking spaces and who got there first!!!!!!

If it all goes pear shaped and I hope it doesnt, ive got a fuel pump you can have as a gift, stick it on and give her an MOT. Then stick it on here and be careful not to get killed in the rush!!!!

although guessing by the ad and the comments of the person registered in here, their target market is probably the Watercooled VW scene which has it's own unique car valuation system! Been there for nearly 20 years, well aware of it!
