Depends on wheel size, but powder coated and painted approx £45 per wheel in far flung South West, seemed like a bargain to me!! The 80 Sport Ronal ones will be off for the re-furb after Christmas when the bank balance recovers....assuming it ever will!

Theres a local shot blast/powder coat company in Bradford £1.50 per inch so 15's are £22.50 but you need to have the tyres removed/refitted yourself. They did a good job on my 16's worked out at about £130 in total with the tyres removal/refit/rebalance taken into account.
I've also in the distant past used MCC in Leeds (Morley) and they do the lot including tyres off/on and balance for around £40 - 50 a corner depending on size.
