Audi 200 Turbo Type 44 2WD Manual (Silver)
Evening guys, Need help looking for a particular car. I'm looking for a type 44 turbo manual 2wd. My old man sold it on eBay roughly 2001/2002 to a gentleman who bought it up north to harvest bits for a ur Quattro. However when he collected was sold on the fact that it was too good to break. It was silver 1985, maybe on a Irish plate. I can't really describe it further, but I really hope I find it!

I'll be damned if I can recall it. I BELIEVE I remember it was a Irish plate, was an 1985 and in silver. There can't be many 2wd manual turbos around?

Early Group Test featuring one of the earliest 200s, albeit an Auto model.
http://topruscar.ru/history/tests-au...olvo-760-turbo Is this similar to the silver 200 you are looking for (colour/spec etc)? |

My father sold the car in 2002 ish, having advertised it on eBay. The car was collected from my fathers house in Penarth, About 5 miles outside Cardiff, South Wales. Looking similar to those pics thanks to it sharing the flat face alloy wheels, as I believe most non Quattro models did. The car was silver. Also having now seen that picture, I can elaborate that I mean Northern Ireland plates maybe, they were something like FBZ4285 or something alike

To add l, the gentleman bought it for parts to help him with the restoration of a ur Quattro. When he collected to car, he felt it was too good to break
