good point brian must go and check what way round my terminals are what way should they be remember this is an 87 plate coupe quattro not an s2 must be one of the very last as its on an E plate

what ever battery goes in a transit van is what i have in most of my cars... good big battery so no worries if i leave the lights or radio on ...

Terminals at back near bulkhead and positive on offside, negative on nearside by suspension strut

Hope it goes better than a transit yep its a 096 battery and i am going for max cold cranking amps i can get probs a varta e44
