2 crashes in 2 days.

There was one at BCA Blackbushe yesterday and one of our drivers was there collecting a vehicle when it happened.

Three I'm afraid....a Spitfire crashed/force landed at Biggin Hill today making it three in two days.

Reasons why? Plenty of speculation for sure, but tragedies for families and friends of the pilots whilst the Spitfire Pilot, Dan Griffiths , one of the most highly regarded pilots around right now, was fortunate to escape I believe with only a shoulder injury.

Three different scenarios, a World War 2 warbird engine malfunction, a mistimed approach in an Exec jet ( putting it mildly ) at Blackbushe , and an apparent loss of control at Car Fest. Loss due to maybe structural problems or maybe physiological issues with the pilot....

The CAA and AAIB are going to be busy for weeks to come....
