Default Old photographs

Scanned a few more in today for the forthcoming book. Figured I'd best start a proper thread. I've also got a one hour long audio interview with Sutton which makes for interesting listening!

Sutton adjusts his glasses and nearly trips over a lead...

Inside a service van (expecially for James)

One more. This shows the bench and vice which could be erected on the side of the van door opening

As well as the book, how would you feel about me releasing some of my old black and white shots as a limited run calendar for 2011? The book's coming along apace now and a calendar would be a nice addition I'm thinking. My vision is something along the lines of the McKlein Motorsport Classic in terms of style and quality.

The style and quality of the photos is certainly there! Yes, why the hell not?

I am really looking forward to the book!

I was gonna point this thread out at work today but I gathered if I did, work would have drastically slowed down and I wouldn't have got another cup of tea!!!

I would have just stared at that pick for ages. Still didn't make a brew though................maybe tomorrow. You never know, if we have lots of tea we can see if there are any weaknesses in Krez's new plumbing??

I'm not surprised with all these excellent b/w rally pics to look at.
A calendar with those classic pics in b/w would be so cool!

David is very fortunate to have held his position as Audi Sport UK photographer at the time that he did. His archives must be absolutely awesome, and I for one would give my right arm ( well nearly ) to look at every single last photograph.

Thanks Booty
I was indeed lucky, and I'm really pleased you are all finding these photographs so interesting. They lay dormant for 20+ years and it seems they will live again :-)
Best regards
David
