Looking at what Ur's were fetching a few years ago and how they appear to have risen sharply for decent ones I'd say we might be seeing a few more at this price though at the moment it's still over priced 5K would have been my max
Due to the rise over the last few years I'm increasing my insurance agreed value to 9K this year for mine...

Yep, we upped ours earlier this year...

All joking aside, I think you're dead right, the price will be wildly different in 5 years time. Their time is coming, as all of their peers are rising skyward too.
