Distributor Advance details

...for '84 Coupe 2144cc with Hall sensor dizzy & vacuum advance.

What I'd like to know is how much advance is given centrifugally and how much is given under vacuum? Also, at what engine speed are the advances 'all-in' by? I know I could measure this with a timing light but the engine's not in a car hence I can't run it.
