That wee road from where you took the pics of Uig bay on Skye- there's a graveyard a spit away from where your car is parked.

We noticed that very spot and remarked on it, its a beautiful area.

Your car looks very nice by the way, liking the before and after pics of the rear.

Thanks John. I'll try and take more photos when I get back to work on the subframe. There is some very light corrosion there but it looks solid enough. Why did you decide to change the wishbone bushes back to the solid rubber type?

I've been a member of that northcoast 500 what's your take on it?

I've not actually joined it so couldn't say, I have considered it though. With regards to the roads, from my experience, I prefer the more remote parts of the NC500 route which is one of the reasons I cut it short. Its much quieter (for obvious reasons) and I find the A9 a little mundane as I used to travel it regularly for years. I have to say though, the locals in the area are very welcoming, unlike some other parts of Scotland which shall remain nameless!

The 90 sport that I bought had standard rubber bushes in both subframe and (cast type) wishbones........it drove lovely. In comparison my coupe is a bit "crashy" on bumps so I've got standard bushes to fit to the wishbones, hopefully it'll improve it a little.

Now on my "Bucket List" especially as one of the couples we met last year at Lake Garda and we are going on holiday to France & Spain with next week comes from near Inverness. Be nice to meet up with them again on their home turf.
