In Kelso today and the atmosphere is getting lively, looking forward to being at the finish line.

Anyone else following the tour?

Hope you see a good bunch sprint John. I have enjoyed the event when I have been at either start or finish in years gone by. I remember standing in Penicuik in 1999 when it was the Pru-Tour that went through 👍🏼.

Anyway I am waiting for a train to get home from Newcastle after a fantastic weekend away with Mrs P celebrating 20 years wed!!

Mark, just back in from watching at the finish. A great atmosphere !
Liked the team cars and coaches too. Interesting foreign registered truck which took motorbikes.......had a tail lift and then dollies to move the bikes so they were stored at right angles to the length of the truck.
Safe journey home, hope you both had a good time away and there's no evidence of a mass party having happened at your house in your absence!!

Glad it was a good atmosphere John. MC at the finish is usually good getting the crowd going. There are some clever people designing things! Some of the bike carriers in trucks and on cars is impressive 👍🏼

Great time in Newcastle but I am getting way too old 😢. Was not able to go oot on the toon without a Jumper 😳. Probably drunk more this weekend than I have all this year.

Home is all in one piece so no DIY required 👍🏼
