Found it thanks. Yes I saw that a while ago, I actually spoke to the seller and he didn't have a price in mind and wanted to let the auction run. Last time it sold for £995 and it was again relisted so god knows how much he wants. If it was an A80 I'd jump at it, but for an A4 its fairly low spec, ie even no remote locking or aircon, but am I being too picky as it'll only be used as a van!

Definitely worth a look if you happen to be going to Jersey anyway. I miss the one I used to have, it was identical to that except 2.8 petrol variant in a slightly darker grey metallic.

Something about the car just felt very special, especially when first driving home in it.
