Audi 90 2.2E engine query

Is the 2.2e from an Audi 90 (1987) the same as the Audi Coupe 2.2 from 1986 ? I would have thought so but is there any major differences?

Am thinking of buying the 90 as a future mechanical parts doner. Thanks in anticipation

Thanks to both MSH and Mikes2. Went to look at the 90 and yep it's the KV engine. Unfortunately the milkiness of overheating was in evidence, the fuel injection system and pipes were also not right. Shame really because the car itself was in reasonable condition. The body could yeild some decent parts for a 90 owner but this one's not for me.
