I got a replacemnet for the 200q last year from Autoglass, came with green top tint and the chrome surround, all for the price of the windscreen cover on the insurance

Dealer or some other merchant able to order parts "from manufacturer", likely - I doubt there exist any aftermarket alternative to chrome trims anymore, if ever existed.

They don't exist. That's the problem. NLA from Audi, supposedly, but they crop up once in a while.
