Didn't this happen last year for a while too?

And forget asking an Audi dealer to order it for you. Last year I had exactly the same issue, tried 2 different dealers - both said they couldn't help

"Thank you for your e-mail.

We greatly regret the inconvenience caused to you by the selection of the payment method in the Audi Tradition Online Shop.
Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing a technical malfunction and credit card payment is not possible. Our technical
department is already working on a solution to restore services as quickly as possible. At this moment, however, we cannot say
when payment via credit card will be available again.
You only have the option to order available spare parts through an Audi dealer.

We apologize for any inconvenience with our Tradition Online Shop."

Blimey. Just wondering if I ordered it through a dealer would it be cheaper?
It’s been like this for about 6 weeks. The first thing I wanted I ordered from a UK Audi dealer instead and surprisingly it turned out cheaper. The last thing I wanted I tried the UK dealer but they wanted about 3 times as much as AT. They have yet to reply to my last email complaining about this. Next I will try see if German Audi dealer will combine one of their shipments with items from AT sometimes they will.

It's been like this for over a year now.

You can use http://www.autewo.de - they will order from Tradition for you and send the parts on with a small handling charge.

I have a contact at an Audi dealership, who can order parts directly at Tradition. If you want, i can order it there, and send it to you.

greetings, Ruud
