Is the tail-gate good, in particular the metal along the edge of the bottom of the screen?

The tailgate is excellent. It is actually one I bought from a different car and has none of the usual rust. Its in a dark metallic colour, looks black. Was definitely one of the items I was going to remove before it gets scrapped.

Will check fuel tank straps

If it was going on ebay I was going to pitch it at £189.99ono buyer collects. More than happy to do a deal though.

You won't like it John, it currently has ghastly blue vinyl wrap on it! But I will take it off and get some photos once its cleaned up. It will definitely need painting but I think that is a given anyway? Also the heated rear screen in it is perfect (last time it was used) all the lines are working, unlike some where there have been dealer stickers removed etc.

Does the bonnet have the engine compartment light intact? Mine got broken when the cambelt was done by my specialist garage.
I'll PM you as well.
Thanks,
Chris.
