I checked my old order of October 2015 and the part number was 855877297 2AT. (according to my invoice). Hope this helps with the search but methinks Audi Tradition are out of stock.

Thanks for that part number!

Well as a result of my first response from Audi Tradition I tried my local unhelpful Audi dealer part department - it was a big fat NO, maybe I should try a breakers yard - yeah right

After a series of email exchanges with Audi Tradition since, this is my latest and I presume last correspondence..

Dear Mr. Aitken,

Thank you for your e-mail.

After checking with our spare parts acquisition we unfortunately cannot state an availability for the requested part with part
number 855 8772972AT.

Of course we always attempt to extend the inventory of discontinued spare parts as quickly as possible.

Please check the search function of our Audi tradition shop from time to time, to see if your desired spare part is on stock
again.

So no idea when their ever be in stock, useful......I swear it's easier to get a door seal for a 1930's Austin......

Hi Terry, a friend of mine has a c4 100, and I know they don't share the same seal sadly, I had a look at his other items, sadly no Audi b2 coupe fit seals. Thanks for looking.

The parts situation for these cars is absolutely dire and will be the death of them eventually, leaving only Audis stock of museum cars around and of course their value will rocket.....maybe thats the idea?

Thanks very much Audi for all your support.

I'm off to ADI this weekend. The Audi bigwigs may not be on the Audi UK stand, but I'll have a good moan anyway
