What dash shall i fit

Right heres the situation, in about a year or so(huhmmmmmmm longer than expected), I hope to be working on the interior, now this question is speciific to the dash, I have a s2 clock set with the plasma gauge kit, and I also have a brand new a6 '96 clock set, which one shall I fit, I like the idea of new dials but I feel fitting a whole dash from a a6 might be a pain which will mean fabricating something to hold it, that aside will it plug into my aan wiring loom? Any answers to any of these questions would be great also if anyone has done something similar then give me a linky so I can see.
