good move! You'll only be filling up once a month! Compared to what you've been spending in fuel, it'll pay for itself in about 18 months!

mines been ace, cost £600 with 257k miles on it now, still doing 55-63 MPG , good times! |

its a t plate, and its a 1.9 tdi SE , its been spot on , doesnt use a drop of oil or water, however the front suspension is a little slack to say the least lol
brilliant motors though, have no doubt that you will have no problems with it |

Sounds like you've got a good 'un then! The only thing that concerns me is there's a hummy noise which sounds like a wheel bearing (changes very slightly when loading side to side). 40mph is when it's loudest. I'm hoping it's a wheel bearing rather than the diff in the 6 speed box! Noise doesn't seem to change when accelerating or changing gear, gets louder when I brake though.
