You do get them on 80s, seen a couple on V6s, not that common an option though.

S2s had them as standard.

There must be a couple of versions of 22. In this schematic there is only one nut.
The ones on eBay look to be proper S2 units which are more " boxy " and have two securing nuts ( usually rusted to hell!! )
I'm actually after an insert which pushes into the unit and has two adjustable jets in it.
Again, of course, there are multiple versions of these too!
Some have a number 2 on the plastic and others the number 4.
I'm after the 4s which have a fatter end on them to aid retention when pushed into the unit.

zap lists 4 nuts, 2 for each side, but only one is pictured, you can see the slot in the other side of the retainer plate for the other nut.

Audi apparently ceased production of these little washer jets in 2014

Offside still intact, the nearside one seems to have popped out.
its the small twin nozzle, push-in fitting - part no is 893807185

The pair on ebay are the whole fitting and are missing the actual spray nozzles that I need
