Help !!!!!!!
Us to get this site known everywhere else.
Come on Gals and Guys, get the name around a bit/ Every time you visit a new site, or your existing favourites, find a reason to mention this site, sort of in passing...... LIKE: "I have just spent an hour on www.classic-audi.co.uk and boy what a nice car I saw there" OR: If you want technical help, ask on www.classic-audi.co.uk OR: Take a look at this lilnk from www.classic-audi.co.uk and see what Coxy can do to revitalise your perfectly finished paint, and then post the link to one of the cars he has detailed. This is how we will get even more contrtibution here. |

Grizz on a one man mission to save the world!!!!
Good point well made though! If everyone on here got one more person they knew into Audi's we'd have twice as many people on here! Damn, my logic and my maths are working hard this morning! Month and year end financial accounts have sent my brain into a tizz!! I'd like to get some small flyers done to hand out at Castle Combe and have a display there if possible! Just hope I can persuade more than me and my wife to join us in the line up!! |

This is mine in the show and shine in August... at Combe. Mine was there 1st, and was the crappest by far. I did get a good parking spot though! |

Hi Grizz,
I want to help promote the site as I run a number of different web sites and do web site design. I put banners on all my sites and a lot of my customer let me put banners on their sites. So..... my big question is..... is there a standard banner that is already available for this great site or shall I make my own?

Hi KRZ,
I am just one of those weirdos who do not mind doing stuff for people. The site is 100% not mine, I am just one of many people who come here and to other sites for a cheap fix on cars. I know that one of the sites I joined 3years ago had 1800 members then, and it is quite select, one model range motorcycle, yet today it has in excess of 6000 members, and loads of lurkers. I just want to see this site grow as fast as it can, and know that if we all invite one person, it has to grow and develop, as well as all the knowlege that will be collected and shared. PM , Coxy, and ask him, he is the site ownere, admin etc, as far as I know. |

We haven't really got a proper logo for that matter. My mate did the site for me and knocked up a logo which you see in the top left as a temporary measure. If you've got the expertise and know how, then please feel free to create a suitable logo/banner for the site, it would be more than appreciated! Would need to keep in with the Grey/red theme if possible though. The logo in the top left is 397 x 123. It would be cool to see a couple of small images of cars such as an Audi 100 Coupe, Audi 80, Audi Quattro just to give people more of an idea as to what makes and models this site appeals to. I'm at a complete loss with web design tbh and all this was done by my mate Roadie who's pretty useful with php stuff (and other web type stuff). |

Hi Coxy,
I will play with some ideas and let you see them for your approval before I use then and let you have them for general distribution if you like. I have found this so very very helpful and wish to help promote it as a way of saying thank you to everyone. i will keep you all posted.

Seriously.... KRZ, that is the spirit in which more sites should run.
Nice one. |
