Default Factory Sport Front Suspension

Does anyone have any pictures showing the detail in the front suspension mounting arrangement, underneath the inner wing, on the front of the factory sports? Any help would be greatly appreciated

This is the nearest I've got so far!!

Do you mean up inside the wheel arch showing the strut top mount arrangement Steve?

Something along these lines then....

These 2 are of Steve Perez's 44 WMN.

This is the ROC/Pikes Peak S1 that is looked after by Audi UK I think.

And this is Audi Traditions over restored HB A2. It looks like it ran the off set top mounts at some point but has been put back to a more conventional setup. It shows the mounting plate for the bearing.

You can tell I've done my homework over the years .

Thanks Tim, looks quite a crude set up! It looks like a different bearing top arrangement than normal as well.

A good bit more caster on the strut with that set up! Would put it at a similar angle to the rear I would think. Still a long way off a modern wrc car like the Fiesta!
