Thanks John, Cardinal red same colour mine was,looks very very nice indeed. Anymore pics,a nice three quater pic showing the badges on the boot or a side shot? I'm feeling knackered so the brain can't see plates significance? I'm guessing the car is stashed away over there most likely. Buy the way,how long ago was that pic taken?

I think i've got up to page 25. Wow,all credit to you that's some serious restoration!! The last time i drove one of these it was old Triumphs that were getting this sort of nut and bolt restoration in my world.It's kind of weird to see this level of detail being lavished on one as they were newish cars when i first got my mits on mine.Think i need to read the whole thread properly. Up to page 25 your using a 205 block with sierra injection. Love it. I wonder how much you did spend on them beautifully restored S seats,you said something along the lines of "They cost a lot more than i thought they would." The other word i read several time was "I'm skint"

Yep,lots of very fond memories of these cars Bruce!















And here she was after the full respray which was a big learning curve for me.I was only 22,i've still got the Devilbis JGA gun.

Great to see these cars are still about, I cant think the last time I saw a cortina in the flesh, its been absolutely years!
