Default Polished rear lights...

Well, I've had a bash today....

Started with these....

The scratch

And finished with these...

The scratch after cutting, polishing and waxing...

The finished rear lights...

This is a direct comparison between polished and unpolished matching pair...

And this is what I used... The Evo Fine was a tornado of splatter...

Thanks folk... To clarify a previous pm, these are all spares rather than the ones on the cars....

I have discovered I can polish a turd to within a micron of being a walnut whip now... That is worrying.... And it's actually quite satisfying at the same time... regardless of depth, it's all open game now...

Before the RallyRep came home from "the 'shop" we were admiring the "patina" of flat, faded paint with scrathes and flaking failed rattle can resprays with rust.. When suddenly I thought.. "I know, I could polish it all out, right now".... Then I just got in and ragged the arse off it... Because it loves it!

These Audi freaks, you've got to watch them,.......... usually spotted a mile of looking like one eyed loons lurching.

Like the second answer, authentic rustic and fun!
