Just cause you have to spend money. Give me a thought, right at this precise moment, and I do mean precise me and Flossie are laying laminate flooring in the Living Room. How one of us has not been murdered I'll never know. Just the fireplace to fit now, and the electrics and then the 'snagging' list. Ho ho ho.
