Thanks.

I've been meaning to put some more video together, but these are from last year.
It sounds a bit different now with the tubular exhaust manifold.

Yours looks a bit of a beast. .

It's a shame we are all a bit spread out, like you and Marcz, and can't have one big getogether .

Shame we can't meet half way .

I've just noticed in your signature - 35 lbs of boost .
That must give you a kick in the behind?

We had a good day yesterday at Castle Combe for the sprint.
The temperature reached 30 degreees, so sitting in the car in full race suit, gloves, helmet and no opeing windows was not a very pleasant experience. The car performed well, although definately down on power with the high air temperatures, something that 20vcqdriver has mentioned before.
I knocked a good second of my previous best and Andy just took a couple of tenths off his on the last run.
Lots of interest in the car, as usual. I noticed a couple of people just standing and staring at it for quite a few minutes before bombarding us with all the questions (and compliments) .

On the way back, at the bottom of my road, we almost ran into Snoopfella, who followed us home to say hello. We must get together properly soon.

Some pictures from the paddock.

Threw this together last night.

It's almost a complete run edited together from Wiscombe Hillclimb in Devon. There's just a couple of corners missing just after the gate at the top of the first section.

Those who are a bit retentive about continuity better not look too closely. Our support team only comprises of one videographer. Nicky does the photos and Andy's Tanya does the video, so it's spliced togther from a few different runs.

It's in HD, so it comes out quite well in full screen if you follow the youtube link .

Derek, I thought you could use it to do some homework for when you join us in September .

Don't worry Derek, just start at a pace you are comfortable and with practice you will naturally get quicker.
Our first runs up the hill at Wiscombe were about 55 seconds, and we were happy it was under a minute.
We do it in over 10 seconds less than that now. I would never of believed that were possible from our first experience.
