Thank you Micky for the encouragement, and Quatro777 for your suggestion regarding the 5E
I have bought some bits already from the place breaking the 5E. I hope to make contact with them personally in the next few days, perhaps just to suggest they do not throw anything away that could prove useful until I am sure of what I need. Thanks |

That looks much better than I thought it would . I've spoken to the previous owner many times... I have some 5T spares in a box which I forgot to get rid of last year - I will take a photo...you can have the parts for the postage cost if you want them (just interior trim I think). If I can offer any advice I'm happy to - I know the 5T pretty well!

Many thanks for the words of encouragement. I am afraid that the car does not look quite so good from the underside! Never the less, I am having some luck tracking down panels. Though the roof worries me.
Thanks Randall for the offer of parts and advice, I know you have a lot of experience with this model. I have PM you regarding the parts, at the moment anything may be useful! |
