Can you draw it on etch-a-sketch, photograph it with a Kodak Instamatic, buy a 1st class stamp and post it to David.

He can then attach post-its to the relevant connections and send it back to you.
By mid 2020 you'll have it sorted.

As David says, keep the leads apart from each other or sparks will fly!

It is an un-fused circuit, but you would be surprised how many times I've tested components using a battery charger and 2 nails as probes

Silly sod

Anyway, just tell me what to do to test this motor, the wires from it are soldered to the pcb, do i just trace those to the pins on whichever of the 3 plugs they go to ? may save me frazzling it and myself tomorrow, keep it simple to get past the problem i have.

You've pretty much got it spot on. Should be 2 wires from pump to PCB. Trace them to pins and apply +ve and -ve as appropriate. Wire colour could help with which is +ve but may both be the same.

As a double check, wires into the connector from the loom could indicate power feed and earth (normally brown).

Not familiar with the b4 but these are general principals.

Hope this helps mate.
Off to bed now, just back from up north having driven 300+ miles home.
A bit tired
