Glad you enjoyed them Bruce. Some great sounds from my childhood there and a few I got into in later years.
Fancy some more from the 60s in the future?

Hey fellow pop pickers...

Now home after seeing The Who - I've not uploaded my video's to YT as yet, too knackered, did find this though:

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=HVOCQtimkyI

Their last song of the set/evening - the video isn't great but it's best that I've been able to find, and believe me, my jaw is still on the floor from Daltrey's performance near the end! (7.34ish). Baring in mind his age, the fact that he's still recovering from meningitis, and that he has hearing problems now to boot, well, he certainly hasn't lost his voice! (or his good looks! )

They nailed every single song, were b*%%£!l brilliant, and yes, they did perform Pinball Wizard too!

Glad you enjoyed them leggy. Not had the pleasure of seeing The Who live yet but they are certainly on my rapidly diminishing list!
As regards Pinball Wizard as much as I like The Who and Sir Elton's versions this one has always been my favourite and no it's not just because Eve Graham is better looking than Roger Daltrey

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=IjdJG1p-IVw

But here's cracker from the band and a 'few others'

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=zgBb4IYqoEE

And Roger with a couple of familiar faces, live on what looks like an Old Grey Whistle Test clip

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ou6xx70NyZ4

Great stuff!

My list is also rapidly diminishing cjp0349...
I've seen a helluva lot of bands/acts over the years, lost count, probably 50+ though, there are only two left on my 'to see' list now, Jean Michel Jarre and The Eagles...and chances of seeing either of them is slim to none now.

As for The Who, well it's darn hard to get tickets for them, believe me, I'd been trying for years!
I was extremely lucky to even get tickets for this gig because it had in fact sold out! (long story!), and with it being their only UK concert for their 'hits 50!' tour, well I'm afraid you're just going to have to wait for the next tour, unless you fancy seeing them in the USA!

Liked your first link but The Who's version will always be tops for me.
Second link, well, nope, sorry, not keen on Orchestra stuff and without having something (namely, Daltrey) to watch, well, turned it off pretty quick.
Third, good choice and wow, the hair!

Anyhow, here's another couple of links:

Again from the gig, this guy has posted quite a few!

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4CSSnrY3Ezs
This being the only Queen track/version that I'll listen to and watch...
Can you guess why? - answers on a postcard

Another tune from DJ leggy for ya all:

This being on the 18 August 1990, they were the headline act, and if you look hard enough, well you might spot me in the crowd.
