I do drive it , it was at fast ford last year and Gaydon for some big anniversary . If it's wet it don't move full stop . The s1 went when I got a whiff of this coming up as these are few and far between now , there's loads of s1s about but these and the xr3 are very thin on the ground . The 16i has rocketed in price for the good ones and the xr3 will be next . The series 2 turbo has already doubled so I can see the fezza going next

Lol .... It's still running dunlop d4s ( Ken will know em well ) original exhaust as well as a full period janspeed , even down to the correct battery etc
It's funnily enough a hoot to drive and nicer than the series 1

No the turbo had in essence bog standard xr3i stuff with a different spring rate . It got the lsd box though . The rs1600i should have red koni shocks

John, always nice to see a standard car. They came in some great colours, Caspian Blue and Graphite being particularly nice.
