If every one charges there car overnight how much power does the national grid put out in kW to charge them all? So how green is that and when its time to change the car how much dosh do you get for it as a px on another if you are silly enough to have one in the first place . batt life is not good and what happens if you crash them into each other the only way forward is less in engine size like a max of 1000 cc and do away with the big gas gusserlers v8s ect and that will save a few million gallons
Then there is the waste of fuel like aeroplanes that dump fuel into the atmosphere there is a lot of waist in the world and we could last a lot longer if we all wanted to

if you cut down on fuel that will mean less in taxes and that will mean countrys going tits up because of all the hangers on
