Exactly the same way ! it's just not....enough.... if you know what i mean !

Cant wait for the verdict
It lost out to the evo on fifth gear the other night, but that was an extreme (silly) test. Lets face it in the real world it only has to be as quick as the twat you get stuck behind, thats maybe for me why real flagship models and lets face it, this is Fords flagship model (now the gt is gone) should be special.

However, when it comes to an 'RS' model, Audi do it with class.

Focus RS is the modern day equivalent of the 205GTi. No bad for the money though.

And that's where they begin to make sense, money wise...just. I'd take a new S3 with a nice re-map anytime.

the last true RS was the escort cossie, since then its been pure marketing and find something that we can stick the badge on. RS means rallye sport and anything since aint been a rally car tbh

I certainly don't want to suggest that you are wrong JJ, and I have often advised other people that RS has the same meaning as you have said. However, I have a faint whiff of a recollection that the original MkI Escort RS designation actually meant 'Rally Specification'. Any thoughts?

Evidently, Audi must have had a different meaning for it considering the first car to wear the RS badge was nothing more than a high speed mutt carrier!!!

just got back from the track day testing the RS Focus well i must say very impressed it is fairly quick
out for the corners and handles very well for a front wheel drive car it does stick to the track when
pushed hard through the corners
