I think I have briefly seen your cq.... you live 2 mins from Amanda dont you?

is it red?
Yes, spitting distance from Amanda's Wirral Audi Spares and the ever growing classic collection.
Only on the road May to end October. Just as well when I am only getting 15 to 25mpg. But the shove in the back and leaving young lads bling cars standing too enjoyable.

60 litre tank, Thats not much use if travelling in remote areas, say Scotland when driving a tuned 4.2 engine.

a) the RS4 B5 is a V6 2.7 Bi turbo.... not a 4.2 thats in the RS6 so I am sure that would have a bigger tank than 60 itres
b)@ Simmo.. have been running 225's since I got the car, yes the tracking was done recently when new tyres were fitted to the front,it rubbed prior to this adjustment, no damage that side that I am aware of either.

found what it is so getting it addressed hopefully tomorrow or next week when we collect the ... ahhem cabrio FROM BADAL

I maygo back to 215's next time round and see.
Any one running 215's at thefront and 225's at the rear? ( may as well get the use out of good tyres)

You can run 215's front, 225's rear on a WR... But you MUST NEVER lock the diffs....You'll run the risk of winding up the diff.

Hmmmmmm bigger tires on the back and smaller on the front are a beemer m3/poxster config for rear wheel drives!!!!! I don't think it would work on a 4x4 car

Nothing planned at this stage, sorry Richard...

If the old girl is 'self-locking' it's diffs due to the one way valve failing, I'd steer well clear of running mixed tyre sizes until that particular fault is fixed...

Colin freed up the locking actuators under neath the car and I think he also changed the valve behind the diff lock module in the dash. Oh I#ll disconnect it tmw at the bulkhead firewall and see if that makes any difference.

Could be just a bad earth? wasnt planning on running 215 and 225 anyway vut thats for the heads up
