Actually now you mention it......... a good trade, i have 2 new genuine BMW 2002 front wings i painted Alpine Weisse oooo about 27 years ago they're still perfect as they never went anywhere that i want painting in that panel black they're sold in as they're worth over a grand now.

Hmmm me too. When the goodrich hoses were put on, probably 8 years ago, someone had already releaved that line of the pvc coating so it's worse. Managed to get it ever so slightly to turn but as the brake fluid did it's job me thinks it swelled the pvc grinding the tuning to a halt. Going to need that cooks torch.

Incase anyone interested this is what these lines should look like. Look how superb they are on the mega low mileage 2.8 quattro parts car. This is the best one so far but you get the point.Low mileage really does count!

Hummmmmm, 27 years, could have been e-coat if OE, can't do that but can give them a coat of epoxy sealer ( satin black ) or 2k satin black

Perhaps later, off down the gym with my lad now, spending a bit time together. He is off to Austrlia 25th travelling, he says one way ticket, going to be a sad day.
