It's the way we tell it on here, not taking yourself too seriously helps and most definitely having a sense of humour goes a loooooooooong way.

On a serious note it's one of the best because it's not run by a bunch of Hitlers, there's no favouritism and being mainly moderated by it's mostly fair minded members.
