i got to admit down in wales D H L are bloody awful when i was reping 5 years ago for one of the biggest dvd company in the uk, dhl on average lost over 10 parcel a week expectally in west wales ,had to us 3 courier, in wales area , in the end paid 2 driver to delivery alot cheaper and safer

I used to work for Lynx, which has been taken over by UPS... Lynx were pretty good but now DHL is in charge they have better trucks and nice uniforms.... Never had a problem with their parcel services.

I would be working there now, had I not hit a petrol station canopy with my lorry
