I had a '72 Saab 95 estate for all of a few months.

That should tell you all you need to know if you're considering buying an older one ;->

Damn that car was annoying/had some very odd design decisions. Was a cracker to look at, but a cacker to own!

Just made me realise how good VAG were/are....
