Well I contacted the owner last night and we agreed on the asking price with deposit paid this morn and balance next mon/tues when I got to bank ,,,so sent of my relative this morn to transfer deposit but then got a text from the seller saying sorry but a guy turned up this morn on his doorstep with cash and made him an offer he could not refuse and he is stuck for the cash,,,,,, so much for a gentlemens agreement
