I've just negotiated a new engineering contract, slightly more money and more interesting work (been doing change management for 18 months and a bit bored now).

Had another phone call last night to discuss a propulsion machinery opportunity, and today a safety engineering role!!!!

It never rains but it pours.

Anyone got any answers for a practical job, that you don't need 4 years experience to do, that pays a living wage?
Hmm, this seems to resonate and all seems strangely familiar somehow. Yeti, if you end up with too many suggestions feel free to pass them along!

As demonstrated, I'm adept at jumping onto bandwagons! Surely that's a marketable skill, no?

Sadly, Glamis is out. I was working towards it. Even have a worthy car for it. Oh well, maybe next year.
