not wanting to sound like a stuck record but looking ok is different to a watertight seal, door seals may cause an issue but if your screen has not been seated correctly it will leak, mine did when parked in a certain way and that looked ok.......

Stop disagreeing bitch

Well,in the words of Edd China,"Enlist the help of an assistant".

Sit inside the car, having your partner or another human hold a hose over it.

Its what bodyshops do!

THANKS GENTS.
At least the body shop can get the seat and carpet out and dry it off much easier than I can with thier water hoover and dry ing out bay.

Oh i have a small leak in the boot as well.... was coming in at the tail light, drivers side, thought I got it with black silicon sealant... now its down to a 50p coin size puddle

no rush to get him back, got there with 1 gallon showing in the tank... if they wanna mid night cruise him they can fuel it

You don't want silicone on the rear lights Rich, you want some proper dum dum , if the bodyshop don't use it they are not very good, can get you some

I cant get the lens off because the black stuff its stuck on with has such a grip on it the glass will break.

I have pointed them in that direction as well JJ so see what they find.

seriously the amount of water in the passenger side wouldnt be that much if i left the bloody door open in the monsoon we had on Sunday!!

time will tell and at least the floor will get dried off properly.

thanks for your offer though bud

Removal tip for the rear lights- Warm the mounting flange from inside the boot to get the seal to release.

Much more effective than heating the light unit.
