Nothing wrong with liking it at all. My Father in Law had a red one and when I passed my test it was the first car I drove. He never liked driving so we were always borrowing it. The sense of freedom of a set of wheels was fantastic.

There is a silver one round where we are in absolutely mint condition. See it regularly but have never been able to stop and chat to the owner. I think he also owns a Talbot Lotus Sunbeam which I've seen floating around.

Also local is a Mk 3 escort 1. Ghia in red which I see everyday on the way to work along with a Mk 3 Cortina. Stockport is getting quite a place for retro rides it has to be said

Oh and I saw a lovely white Scirrocco today....I want one
