The two door escorts are being snapped up for their shells to make rally cars or recreations, when we went to sutties last year they had a low milage two base model mark one that was mint destined for it

ESCORTS.....dont talk to me about escorts.... have two of the f**kers.... and another on a jig for rebuilding... were making good money about 2 years ago... seems to have slowed down a bit now... plenty sheet metal and rally prep parts available though... wish audi 90 panels were as easy come by....

this time last year I was looking at early Sierra XR4i's as a good entry into the fast Ford club before I finally ended up with the coupe. You could get a half decent on for about £1500 or therabouts.

Fast forward 12 months and similar is now pushing £2500 plus. Did I do the right thing going Audi??

Reserve not met? At over 10k? It may be a Mk 1 escort, but its a 1.3, which means drum breaks and next to no performance. Nice to look at though........... See what happens....

Bloody hell, 11 or 12? I have owned six Series 3 90s, and four of them were Sports!

Its the same with parts for Lotus, I can get everything for my 1972 Europa Twin Cam, including new Chassis, Complete Shell and Burr Walnut Dashboards if you want one !!!!!

And you dont get ripped off for them, they are all reasonably priced.
