Same bonnets, just the grille sloped on the facelift cars.......

FMIC is a front mount intercooler andy...

Year of your car makes no difference in a recreation... the shell is the same as a group4/A1/A2 car just different wings on the A1/A2 and front end and bumpers are different....

I would personally leave it as a standard car, problems arise when you start trying to swap and change bits...

ok cheers jay, ill look in to the group4 cars then, not after building a complete rep just the paint scheme etc.
car has been a pain in the arse this week, after looking at it the car has definately been reshelled by a monkey! everything is just done badly, main thing was the diff locks, went underneath and the blue and yellow hose are not going anywhere they just go under the car and have bolts in the end also the electrics for the interior control panel are disconnected, reconnected them up and no joy so theres some problems there and yesterday the car was overheating but the temperature guage said it was cold and it was trying to stall on me and quite a bit of water coming out of the exhaust. I'm thinking maybe the head gasket has gone, didnt bother having a look yesturday so will look today. also I've been told that the car has a MB head on it but am not sure about this.
And also 612 motorsport have been messing me around with the seats, which are supposed to arrive today, 2 weeks late, ive also had to pay 100 quid for them to pass customs although the guy in the store told me he would write they were worth a tenner so i wouldnt have to pay this... abd times! thats my rant for the day!
