Right just been to shops bought a good set of scales... 15 stone and 2 pounds....Holy Crap...
Im only 5ft 10....... Ok tonight a run along the seafront followed by a puke more than likley.
Fish fish and more fish.... No bread, which is going to be worse than the beer as I eat 1/2 a loaf a day.
I ve had a idea... Really gay but go with it. For all those wishing to loose weight post your weights today then who has lost the most by Audi's in the park wins a prize... I told you it was gay... But if everybody that's up for it puts in £10 then its worth while... May be able to get parts for cars or a shit load of beer and Cheese!!

I'll play the gay male weight loss game if I can put my start weight up as I'm nearly at my desired weight!!

At the start of the year, I was 12st 6lb, I'm now 11st 4lb, and my target was get to 10st something or other and keep it that way (that's the hardest bit as Alex does the shopping and has a few sweet teeth!).

You could always keep your weight the same and grow to 9ft 4... You'd be the correct weight then, without dieting....
