hi i have a 80 avant 1.6... would this engine fit? and if so how much would a project like this cost? bhp of the engine?

it would definatley fit, and power wise, there 165bhp standard but scope for plenty more. as for cost wise, if your mounts are on the chassis legs, it will mount up fine, you will need a radiator and fan (although the s2 cab on here has the rad in front of the engine), exhaust will be too small and not sure if the gearbox will take the extra power, might need to to alter power steering and alternator etc but definately do-able, handling might be a thing of the past though lol

to be honest sam, I tried to sell a whole 100 turbo car for £200 and nobody was interested!!!

Have you tried the other audi sites?
