cause unfortunately they werent trained in the old school of "customer satisfaction"
i like the hunt, of trying to find stuff, and most parts departments are only interested in the present, what i find is my customers who run older Audis usually have a newer one as there daily , and seeing as ive done this for 23 years i know what their vehicles are, or remember them in the workshops. Probably why i have a fleet of motors? im a nostalgic sentimentalist. eltee

yep Des with the 200 is also one of my customers, his "new" a6 4.2 q is quite a rare beast in itself.
he still has fond memories of the 200 and he keeps telling me it was a sad day for him when this photo was taken. http://www.classic-audi.co.uk/forum/...1&d=1242644916

no, TBH it would break his heart. he had a sentimental attachment to the car, and when he sold it, he just hoped someone would just look after it, and put it back to its former glory.

Micky,
it lists 44 and 45, but 45 is qty 6 in a white colour, does this look/sound right. i am going to email Mikes2 to see if he has the number for 44 eltee http://www.classic-audi.co.uk/forum/...1&d=1242722990
