TPS have been bloody keen on their pricing recently.

Nice to see some flexibility on pricing coming into the system, rather than letting the likes of GSF/ECP come in with rubbash product and suck up the market.

For pimpdriver

the only part on backorder at the moment is the 443511277b,

but if you try Synter at Bicester 01869 237000 or Ingram at Ayr 01292 269522
they show them on the Audi parts locator, see fourth picture. quote the part number and they may have them. or have them reserved for customers? possibly Quattrokid at Ayr!!!

failing that parts are arriving within 3 to 5 working days from
Kassel Germany.

yes i will be there on sunday and collect the wheels then. ( thanks again).

Before you go any further make sure you remove the upper tie and make sure you can adjust this other wise you will lose your tyres and the rear will feel floaty (new bushes increase chamber).

Also check you can get the 3 nuts off at the top of the shock mounts as they are the worst part to undo.

If you can't do either of these you are in for trouble.

sorry don't know any one with a subframe.

The upper ties have been done a couple of years ago, so *should* undo OK. I can verify the strut top and bottom mounts undo OK on the O/S as I replaced the top mount. IIRC they looked in similar condition on the N/S so should undo OK, too. I may have even dosed the nuts with Plusgas in anticipation of the strut coming out.

I'll be at Ingrams on Saturday, if you want call service (01292270600) ask for Tom or Paul ( serv manager) and say I'll collect them for you... oh say Richard Taylor as he wouldnt know who quattrokid is.

I'll send them onto you.

Thanks for all the help guys, I'm in no real rush, just need to save up my pennies first, it's looking like about £200 or so for all the bushes........

But, what will go wrong after this? The front NS damper is leaking. Do I get lowered suspension while I am at it???

Yes, the 100 quattro.

It has MoT, but the bushes weren't picked up, as they only clonk when driving.
